I started learning Django today and found that I need to build a virtual environment. Just follow the Baidu method above and enter the terminal name in ubuntu for configuration. I found myself following the steps. But always start at the last step
1 source .bashrc
"Command cannot be found when it appears. Later, I tried many methods and found that I was using a virtual environment under pip3. Just change to pip to download. The last configuration step can be started.
