  1. I bought a VPS and CentOS system and found that the server time is often inconsistent with Beijing time, and there is a time difference.

The following information has been given:

 China
 Beijing Time

Therefore TZ='Asia/Shanghai' will be used.
Local time is now: Wed May 3010:04:16 CST 2018.

You can make this change permanent for yourself by appending the line
 TZ='Asia/Shanghai';export TZ
to the file '.profile'in your home directory; then log out and log in again.

Here is that TZ value again,this time on standard output so that you
can use the /usr/bin/tzselect command in shell scripts:
Asia/Shanghai
  1. Add the line TZ='Asia/Shanghai'; export TZ to /etc/profile (valid for all users) or ~/.bash_profile (valid for current users)
  2. Just log out and log in again, or execute source /etc/profile or source ~/.bash_profile to take effect immediately
  3. At this time, execute date again to check the date and you can find that the time zone is changed to Beijing time.
