problem
When I just installed Ubuntu 16.04, I found that both Chrome and Sogou Pinyin could not be installed. The .deb file was downloaded and the problem appeared in the picture.
solution
sudo apt-get install gdebi
Then right click on the .deb file you want to install, select Open With —> GDebi Package Installer, then the following window will appear, click Install Package
